At Flatwater Ranch, we are committed to providing high-quality, Nebraska-raised beef and dependable service—from our ranch to your family’s table.

Frozen-beef orders ship Monday through Wednesday to provide the most reliable transit window and help ensure delivery before the weekend. Orders must be placed by noon on Sunday to ship that week. Orders received after the cutoff will ship the next available week.
